Responsibilities (THE GAME):

  • First and foremost….Genuinely buy into the company’s vision
  • Provide general maintenance, repair & remodeling services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Perform tasks such as rough & trim/finish carpentry, drywall repair & texture, interior/exterior painting, plumbing & electrical fixture replacement, interior/exterior door installation, floor installation, etc.
  • Submit reimbursement receipts promptly and use company-supplied apps for project information.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes and maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage customer expectations, make recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, willingness to learn, take constructive criticism, and commit to making the customer feel like a priority.
  • Take initiative and exhibit a professional appearance.


  • Proven aptitude or experience as a handyman or in a related field.
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple trades such as carpentry and painting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation with insurance.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Take pride in your work.
  • Own your own hand tools (power & specialty tools can be provided).
  • Pass a national background check.
